1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the nephyus.com corporate website, published by NEPHYUS (see Legal Notice). Accessing and browsing the site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Access to the site

The nephyus.com website is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. Internet access and usage costs remain the user's responsibility. NEPHYUS uses reasonable means to ensure quality access to the site, without any obligation of result or guarantee of continuous availability. Service availability status for the NX· range is available at status.nephyus.com.

3. Site content

The site presents NEPHYUS's activity (IT consulting, custom development, training, fintech) and the NX· software solution range. This corporate site is not an authenticated client area: access to the applications themselves (NX·Keylo, NX·Tempo, NX·Verify, DiasporaGo, Coffre Numérique Successoral, etc.) takes place on their dedicated subdomains, each governed by its own terms of use.

5. Personal data

The processing of personal data collected via the site (notably through contact forms) is described in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.

6. Liability

NEPHYUS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the inability to access it, except in case of proven fault on its part. Information published on the site is provided for guidance and may evolve; any compliance claim (ISO 27001, GDPR, OHADA, etc.) reflects a status verified at the time of publication and may require an updated check with NEPHYUS.
